Area of Specialization: General Civil Litigation, Insurance and Syariah Matters

Mr. Rafizal Bin Ahamadin is the head of the General Litigation and Dispute Resolution department within our firm. With extensive experience in civil litigation, he specializes in building contract disputes, corporate disputes and tortious claims.

A graduate from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), he has built a strong reputation in handling complex legal disputes including contractual, commercial and negligence cases. His expertise spans trial advocacy, dispute resolutions and negotiations and strategic legal advisory for individuals and businesses.

In addition to his civil litigation practice, Mr Rafizal holds Syariah practicing certificates for the Federal Territories, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan allowing him to also represent clients in Syariah matters. His deep understanding of both legal systems enables him to provide well-rounded solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.

Mr Rafizal is also a Notary Public, duly appointed and authorized to perform notarial acts in Malaysia including certifying documents and attestations both for domestic and international purposes.
